You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before the scheduled drop-off time. After that, cancellation is not possible.
Same-day cancellation policy
LUGG square allows free cancellation up to 1 hour before your scheduled drop-off time, via your My Page.

After the 1-hour limit
- If less than 1 hour remains before your drop-off time, cancellation is no longer possible
- In this case, no refunds will be issued, even if you do not use the service
Why refunds are not available
After the 1-hour cutoff, we consider the service to have started. Refunds are not available for the following reasons:
- Our partner stores begin preparing the space and staffing in advance
- Your reservation blocks availability for other customers
- A clear cutoff helps ensure smooth and fair operations for everyone
Please make sure to cancel early if your plans change.
