Cancellation policy and steps
You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
When can I cancel?
- Up to 1 hour before your scheduled luggage drop-off time
- No cancellation fee applies if canceled within this period
How to cancel
- Log in to your My Page
- Go to the reservation details screen
- Tap the “Cancel Booking” button and follow the instructions
Important notes
- You must cancel the reservation yourself via My Page.
- Support center staff or on-site staff cannot cancel your reservation on your behalf.
- If canceled successfully, your payment will be refunded automatically.
